How do I return an item?
Our intention is to provide our customers with the highest quality in product and services.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied then please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receipt and we will correct the problem, replace your purchase or offer you a refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days.
All returns will be processed and we will dispose of used tea.
